A commercial litigator qualified and admitted to practice in both England & Wales and Hong Kong, with a broad experience advising on a broad range of commercial and financial disputes, with particular expertise in claims involving financial institutions, corporates, investment funds, high net-worth individuals, and public procurement challenges. She regularly deals with injunctions, interim applications, freezing orders and cross-border enforcement issues, as well as trial experience.
Alina is experienced with claims proceeding within the English County Courts, High Court (Chancery, TCC, QBD and Commercial Court), Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court as well as in the Hong Kong High Court, Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal.
