Lisa specialises in asset finance with a particular focus on general leasing and rail finance. She has over 25 years of experience in the leasing sector and regularly advises a variety of banks and financial institutions in relation to all types of structures. These include finance and operating leases as well as asset-backed lending, receivables financing both from lease and service contracts and debt deals with security over key assets often with a cross-border aspect.
Lisa has been involved in leading on a number of important transactions in the alternative transport space, including supporting a market leader in battery-powered vehicles to deliver a number of projects to the UK public transport market.
She is pragmatic and commercial in her approach and is extremely experienced
